SHIPPING TIMES AND TURN AROUND
To combat fast fashion and overconsumption of items within the fashion industry, Pigsuit make all items to individual order, please allow up to two weeks for the production of your Pigsuit orders with standard Australia Post tracked service times within Australia, Overseas standard post options vary and may take an additional 15 days.

“SEX” EMBLEM AND HARDWARE
All Metal hardware has been made specifically for the Pigsuit AW19 collection from delicate alloy and we ask that you keep this in mind when wearing your Pigsuit items as we do not accept returns if the product has been damaged from customer wear.
REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES
We're unable to cancel orders once payments are processed. Please make a careful decision when ordering as rejected packages will incur a 20% rejection fee that will be charged as a credit note then deducted against your credit note if returned.
Please select carefully before making your purchases as all orders are final, we do not accept refunds for “Change of Mind’, only credit notes or exchanges in sizes where subject to change. Please note that all purchases for sale are final and are non-refundable. In the case of faulty items we may provide refunds.
Please try shoes on in carpeted areas and do not take the sole sticker off, signs of minimal or significant wear or the removal of sole stickers forfeit refunds as we do not accept worn shoes back into our inventory.
All Pigsuit shoes are Quality Checked and sent out perfectly in clean, brand new, unworn condition as they are made just for you. They are packaged in a protector shoe box, tissue paper and dust bags. We ask you to check over your new products and if there is a problem with the arrival of your order to contact us within three days of delivery to help settle any errors. If the enquiry is sent after 5 business days we will not be able to accept the returns or responsibilities. Please note that all shipping fees that are incurred from the returns process must be covered by the customer, as they are external costs and not included in our products pricing.
